The extended tv cut of Gettysburg please. Preferable on two disks. I've had two copies of the 2000 flipper disk die on me.
Woot! That makes two of us.
Although last time we did this topic, someone mentioned that the sound elements had been lost. So its not likely to happen.

Little Darlings
Fridays: The Complete Series
Madonna: Blonde Ambition
Amos N' Andy:Complete Series (from original CBS Masters...not Public Domain crap)
True Lies is available from Japan with a goregous anamorphic transfer and DTS sound. I've been enjoying that one for 4 or 5 years now. Neighbors is available from Sony UK. It's also anamorphic and looks very nice. I have the Dutch release of The African Queen which isn't bad. A restored version would be much better but this one is decent and has an audio commentary track from Jack Cardiff.

I guess folks don't want to mention the 800 lb gorilla in the room, but I'll do it: 16x9 transfers of the original Star Wars trilogy. All the weak-willed SOB's that bought the current craptastic versions are just proving to Lucas that fans will buy anything he shovels out the door.
Also, 16x9 version of 2010.

And, as I'll keep saying until I'm blue in the face, At Play in the Fields of the Lord!
Also, there's a thread about The African Queen on HTF where discussion about the title was taken directly to Paramount. Apparently it's finally being restored for R1 release. In a nutshell, Paramount has US rights, a different company has overseas rights AND holds the actual film elements. Apparently the two couldn't agree on terms for proceeding with the restoration. But this has supposedly been resolved. Now it's just a question of how long until it comes out on these shores. I'll guess 2010.
