Well in R1:

-Clerks, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, and Jersey Girl are owned by Miramax.
-Chasing Amy is owned by Miramax, although Criterion licenses the rights.
-Mallrats is owned by Universal.
-Dogma is owned by Sony.
-Clerks II (and Zack & Miri Make A Porno) are both owned by The Weinstein Company.

Meaning a box set of his movies won't happen. Just like how a box set of all the Halloween movies or Terminator movies won't happen in R1.

i believe he sells the box itself on the view askew website to put the "Jersey Trilogy" into, or at least he used to

That was a box designed by Paul Champagne (www.designpaulchampagne.com).
