but when I enter my user name and e-mail address the reset e-mail never comes

I would suggest looking at their site/forum to see if there are any other means of contact but I'm sure you've gone that route.

Not sure why you never got a response. Most sites only take a minute or two. Maybe it's something they shut off.

I know it doesn't help now but it's one of the sites that I don't mind having my browser remembering the password so I just jump right into it.
