Is Heroes Season 1 Blu, the exact same has Heroes Season 1 on HD?

Best Buy will have an exclusive Kensei mask packaged in as a "collector's edition" or something like that. $34.99 on release day. Mask looks like it should be similar in size to all the other masks they've had (300, V for Vendetta, HP).

Yeah, seems a bit pricey for something that doesn't move imo. I'm hoping for the Target exclusive I guess if they've got a bonus disc. I think it said "30 min of bonus footage" but that doesn't necessarily translate to a bonus disc.

Picked up the Target set with the bonus disc. I would rather have an extra disc of content than a useless piece of plastic.

I was kind of debating whether to pick up the mask set as a collectible, but I decided it would be a waste of money.

Quick question: I just ordered seasons 1 and 2 (got them both for $45 ) and I was wondering if any of the online comics were extras on the sets? Since I don't know the name of them I couldn't tell from the extras descriptions.

No, the online comics do not appear on the either of the season sets.

They should all still be available at the Heroes site, though. (Last time I checked, Wikipedia had an index to all of them with links.)

A while back, DC Comics published a book (in hardcover and softcover) containing the first forty or so online comics; presumably they'll do more.

I don't know for sure, but considering DC sells collections of them separately, I would tend to doubt it.

I had the first disc start to freeze during the middle of the second episode. Did anyone else have the same problem?

^ no problems with my disc. if i'm not mistaken though, i believe there is a layer change that occurs on each of these discs, or at least discs 1-3, but i dont remember where they occur.

I noticed a layer change on 3 of the discs as well and also, at first, thought there was a problem with the disc.

But it was clear after going back and watching the scenes again that it was just a more noticeable layer change than I'm used to.

I think I remember the same thing from season 1 on at least one disc.
