Yeah, I wasn't totally sure. Amazon lists available, guess Diabolik now does, but HKFlix still lists as pre-order.
Off to Diabolik I go ...

As for the company Pink Eiga, so far all their releases have been non-anamorphic widescreen releases with burned in subtitles. (It's almost 2010 and they are still doing this???) Not interested in sales of these half-assed titles.

As far as the burnt subs, the co-owner, Oda, makes a valid attempt at explaining the purpose (combat piracy) - whether or not one wants to support it. Here is the article: source.
I'm not trying to defend the guy. In this day and age I too would expect superior quality. Thus far the transfers have been ok (S&M Hunter) to very good (Lonely Cow Weeps at Dawn) - at least compared to what I'm accustomed to, but half the problems fall back on the source prints at least based on what I've searched out. And by no means are these types of films generally given proper releases by most companies - I could run down a list of foreign and domestic distributors that have treated these films much like most audiences would consider the content in and of itself - trash.
edited to clarify transfer quality reference

Any links? I'm not finding any information of Synapse releasing those titles individually.
The only one I'm finding information about in terms of a separate release is Delinquent Girl Boss: Worthless To Confess, which had a Region 2 Toho Release.

Seems like Mondo is focusing on Nikkatsu Roman Pornos - though Assault! Jack the Ripper blew my mind. The new Pink Eiga line up while limited but great (with Lonely Cow Weeps at Dawn and the classic, S+M Hunter) is relegated to more recent "pink" material but at least anything with Sora Aoi is watchable. Synapse never really went beyond the original titles Panik House licensed. And Discotek is showing some promise with Star of David never mind their old release of Zero Woman: Red Handcuffs - both of these top of the line films, really! But that's as far as they really have gone.
After my first Roman Porno, Wife to be sacrificed, I didn't really have much interest in checking out more of that kind of material. But things are looking brighter after those aformentioned selections.Alright, back to the pinkies...

I just want to say that I've recently watched both Jack/Ripper and Star/David for the first time and...Gosh....Where have those sick flicks been all my life?

Just a word of warning though - for what's currently available on the English market don't get your hopes up. I've seen maybe 60 some odd pink films crossing the spectrum and thus far those particular two are the nastiest of the bunch - particularly the tone/intent of the films. They are also the most brilliant. Frankly the only other one that comes close - which I'm sure you're familiar with - is Zero Woman: Red Handcuffs with Sugimoto and another called Female Market, available through the Japan Shock label in the Netherlands (I believe). The latter is much drier, more serious and far less OTT than Assault and Star however.
But some of Hasebe's (Assault! Jack the Ripper director) other notorious films are available on the gray market. Although I haven't seen them, I've heard they are not as accessible as Assault - whatever that means, but they are as equally nasty in their own ways.

Wasn't sure where to put this but (related?) Visitor Q commented on it in the Violent Shit thread.
