Jericho---Season 2----June 17th

If anyone didn't catch these 7 episodes that just aired or watched them online, the DVD is coming out June 17th.

Apparently it looks like the 5 audio commentaries on the DVD are different from the ones posted on CBS.com.

I like the artwork with the exception of Ashley Scott being on there since she was hardly a significant character in season 2. They should have put Esai Morales instead.

Very early demise for a fantastic show. I'll be buying this and Season 1.

Has anyone bought The Complete Series? I can't seem to find any reviews or anything of it, and I have a question for anyone that has it. How many discs does the set have? All of the websites say it has 8, which is for season 1, 2 and a bonus disc. But those numbers don't work, since S1 has 6, and S2 has 2. Did they drop the bonus disc?

I have the complete series set, and it does have 9 discs including the bonus disc. However, the set is just the individual season 1 and season 2 packaging in a slip cover with the bonus disc in a separate paper sleeve in between the two individual sets.

That's just lazy on CBS/Paramount's part. Seems like a really cheap way to move more unsold season 1 sets along with season 2.

How is the bonus disc?

Thanks for the reply, it is very much appreciated! It's a shame they haven't done something better with the packaging, but I'm not too fussed.

Okay I just picked up season 2 yesterday at Walmart for $19.96. It's actually a very nice little 2-disc set. I managed to finish watching all the bonus material and they did a really good job with the featurettes. The Resurrection and the Nut Job featurette were both really good viewing. Also, all the commentaries that were posted online at CBS.com were transported over to this set.

Oh and if anyone is curious about the bonus disc that's included with the "Complete Series" I did a little investigating and it turns out all those featurettes can be watched in the Video section of the Jericho web site on CBS.com, which is still there. The featurettes on that bonus disc run no longer than 3 minutes a piece, so IMO I don't think it's worth getting the complete series, unless you don't already own season 1.
