I tend to watch most .5 hour comedy series repeatedly. Some include:

Arrested Development (I can't get enough of these since I started watching the DVDs a few months ago)
Seinfeld
The Office (US and UK)
Malcolm in the Middle (shame that no other seasons have been released)
30 Rock
Extras
Get Smart
Mr. Bean (Live Action)
Fawlty Towers
Spaced UK (recently discovered this gem)
Little Britain
and finally The Dick Van Dyke Show

I'm looking forward to adding some I Love Lucy to my collection at some point

followed closely by Sci-Fi shows, when I feel like sitting still for an hour

Star Trek: TOS
X-Files
DS9
Battlestar Galactica (looking forward to revisiting this on HD DVD)

It would still be on the list, but further down. Since the OP was asking for Top 5, I didn't list it. It would most likely fall...

6. Star Trek-Deep Space Nine
7. Angel
8. Smallville
9. Venture Brothers
10. That 70's Show

Well, I thought it would be interesting to compile some stats on this thread.

Notes:
1. Some people didn't differentiate between The Office UK/US. I assumed US (not necessarily a valid assumption, but an assumption nonetheless).
2. Any specific seasons were ignored.
3. I grouped all Monty Python stuff together.
4. Through Post #36

Mostly British stuff: Monty Python first, The Young Ones next. That reminds me - I need to get back to finishing the Blackadder series.
