Doesn't look like we'll ever see the rest of the Region One releases of two 1960's British shows which A&E started issuing years ago and then abandoned half-way through (though complete series for both are available in Region 2 - a very nice Region 2 set of The Champions was released this year with commentaries and extras): Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) (the original 1969 series - first 13 episodes released by A&E in 2003) and The Champions (first 15 episodes released by A&E in 2004).
