I, personally, do not see the differences between this actual theatrical release version versus the older Anchor Bay "Theatrical" release version neccessarily worth a double dip!
I do love the addition of that line, but really, the only major differences I noted was a slightly different scene in the police station in Atlanta with a few additional lines, the removal of the "Zweitek" realtor scene, and the additional lines given to Graham....plus the fact that there is NO extras whatsoever, I would really recommend the older Anchor Bay release if I had to have just one, at least it has some interesting extras....
