Picture-In-Picture Commentary

I know the hi-def formats have been trumpeting Picture-In-Picture Commentary as a new feature, but I could swear I've seen this before on DVD.

Can anyone confirm this on specific SD titles?

Kids in the Hall Pilot Episode (though it's really a split screen.)

My favorite DVD commentary gimmick was on Ghostbusters where they crammed MST3K style shadows into a subtitle track. It's not PIP, true, but neat nonetheless.

Some episodes of Roseanne have Video Commentaries. Really cool stuff & I enjoy a V/C over an Audio Commentary. I wish more SD DVDs would have V/C instead of Audio Commentaries, or they should have both.
