Thinking of collecting this series. Saw one episode and liked it but wasn't sure how those who may have the entire series think about it?

I'm not big on anime (yeah, I know this isn't) or most non-comedic animation, but I really enjoy this series. It has quality writing, acting, and is fantastic visually.

I suppose that doesn't make much sense though, as it is a very funny show too.

The episode from S1 where Jack storms the castle is one of the best episodes of animation I've ever seen.

It's a great show. I have seasons 1-3, and am eagerly awaiting the 4th.

It's a kidified rip-off of Frank Miller's Ronin. And a good one!

Aw hell yeah! I'm a big fan of this show, was even watching some last night in anticipation of the next DVD release but was unaware that a movie was in the works. I was unhappy that the series ended before the story could be neatly wrapped up. Great news!
