Can u really make a movie an R by adding digital blood. Bad idea. It's more than just the blood....

Yi ki aye question.....

There's a yi pi ki aye that's in the trailer that's not in the movie.

Do you think they shot that just for the R film.

The trailer yipy kia aye in the trailer seemed to be in a different scene than the one in the movie.

Being vague intentionally. I know i didn't spell yipikiaye correctly once.

Rated R, Rated PG13, I don't care. As long as a movie is good I don't care if a motherfucker makes it in our not. And extra blood doesn't mean extra entertainment.

I still haven't checked this out in theaters but I'm all for a rated R cut if it helps the film. I like my McClane to swear up a storm and spill some red stuff. Maybe I'll change my tune once I see it but I still think it's a good idea if done right.

I don't like this idea of hastily editing in blood and ADRing "fucks" just capture an R. It'll be just like Pearl Harbor: Director's Cut all over again, in which the R-rated elements felt totally tacked on (moreso than the movie as a whole).

At least with the language, it looks like they'll just be going back to what was originally there. I saw numerous instances in the PG-13 version where the dialog was changed where it looked like something more profane was said.

i just saw it in theatres, the yipi kiya was cut off from a backround bullet shot, also there were a few scenes which i wont mention due to spoilers that did seem like they were completely edited. you'll know then we u see it. great find on that tho for the dvd edition, sounds great.

I can certainly verify several scenes were re-audio'd for the PG-13 rating. It looked to me I was watching Die Hard In The Flying House Of Daggers. They did a horrible job of editing the audio so it was synced to the video.
