Tinkerbell was exempted from the DTV sequel ban. From earlier in the thread:

I enjoyed "Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure" more than the original "Tinkerbell," so I wouldn't mind seeing the Tinkerbell sequels if they continue to be high quality. *shrugs*
