CDPoint has an English interface when you check out and the price (with shipping) was comparable to what I would've paid at DVDWorld. (About $30-$35 total.)
I used this website to convert currency...

Most importantly, CDPoint will ship within a couple of days. I tried DVDWorld first, and they emailed me a request for all of this documentation I had to fax to complete my order. I just wanted to buy a DVD - not apply for Brazilian citizenship!
