CDPoint has an English interface when you check out and the price (with shipping) was comparable to what I would've paid at DVDWorld. (About $30-$35 total.)

Most importantly, CDPoint will ship within a couple of days. I tried DVDWorld first, and they emailed me a request for all of this documentation I had to fax to complete my order. I just wanted to buy a DVD - not apply for Brazilian citizenship!

They're referring to the original theatrical version that isn't available in the U.S. The extended version is different from the original, and many consider it an inferior version.
