I recieved Final Destination 2 as a Christmas present. When I opened it, the case was empty. I returned it to Best Buy, and did not have a problem exchanging it.

My only experience with this was the 2-Disc version of Disney's Dinosaur. We sat down to watch it and there was no disc 1. I thought that the kids had lost it! After a bit of arguing, I believed them and called Walmart. The girl on the phone said "Bring it back, no problem!"

Of course, the girl at the return desk didn't think it was no problem. After 15 minutes of hassle, I pointed out that I was wanting the same movie, and why would I want the same movie if I had kept the disc already. When I offered to open up the new one (so that I couldn't exchange an unopened copy) she finally swayed. Guess what . . . we opened 4 of them before we found one with a Disc 1 in it!

That's what gets me about this whole thing. I know some people will steal anything, but I and I think most sane people aren't going to travel back to a store and go through this hassle all to gain one more copy of Disk 2 of a 4 disk set, or whatever.

Wasn't Convoy where Stuntman Mike's duck ornament came from?

I bought Frosty the Snowman a few years back. Put in in the player and up starts a lecture on physics! Returned it and had the same thing happen!!

Took 2 tries before I actually got a correct copy...

Heh, that actually happened with me and the Oldboy: Ultimate Edition Tin. Opened the sucker up and, lo and behold, there were two of the "Disc 2" digipack, and sure enough they both had the Disc 2 inside the digipacks. Returned it with no problem for another copy. Customer service was even cool enough to let me hold onto the tin I had bought (since the other had a ding) and just switch out the contents.

I highly doubt that this will not take long and be pulled out and get recalled.

Believe me its not safe opening this DVD. The main reason (as what fellow member wildman1037 said)- The plastic/packaging Clinging.. Its hard to remove the bloodbag and also the DVDs inside.

Anyways here are four 1st hand look of an opened ichi the killer (took 10minutes in the making - whew.. this is the hardest DVD I opened to still look like "new" condition)

I bought the set of the Outer Limits new tv series and it had 2 disc 2's and no disc one. I didn't notice it until months after I bought it so I couldn't return it. I still haven't opened it. If i see it at Best Buy again, I'll buy a new copy and return the old unopened one.
