Mine crapped out sooner, it was the snapper case release. Replaced it with the SE version which still plays fine.

I just found a copy of "Kentucky Fried Movie" from Anchor Bay, popped it into my DVD player and discovered it wouldn't play. Tried two other players - same thing.

I later read this title was notorious for DVD rot. The disc looks flawless but does have a smokey-grey tint to it.
