Not surprised at all this is being released. I am looking forward to watching the feature length "Making of" Documentary on this disc. FOX has done a pretty good job with these Docs on their 2-disc sets and not making them EPK fluff. I'll definitely pick this up.

When I was in Japan 2 years ago, I saw a 2-disc Collector's Edition of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen with tons of extras. I know the movie was crap, but I wonder if that will eventually make it's way to the U.S. as well.

How many places will sell this at full retail? It should be fairly easy to be had at around $15 or so.

Exactly. I would expect to see a ticket for FF2 inside as well, making it worth the pickup. This is exactly why I held off getting it the first time around, knowing full well another edition would come out when the sequel hits.

Nice-looking set. Probably my favorite of the second-tier comic book movies. Well, maybe second favorite. I love me some Hellboy.

The "free" tickets that are only worth $8.50 suck us major-market movie-goers.
Prices can range from $10.50 (for regular seats) - $15 (for reserved seating) in LA.

$8.50 barely covers a matinee.

Damn, thats some expensive prices. I would definitely just wait for DVD on most movies if that was the price around here. Glad its only $6.50 here to $9.50 at night. I love it in AZ where my mom is, its only $5 for matinee then its $7.50 for late night shows. I wish i had those prices around my area.

I'm pretty sure that the theater I always go to is $8.50 exactly for evening shows, so I should be in luck unless they raise the prices over the summer.

I never really pay attention to the ticket price anymore... I just ask for two tickets and fork over a $20 (obviously my fiancee never pays).

If I pick this one up on Tuesday, there is pretty much no reason to keep the previous version right? I recall that I had to keep the original version of Mr and Mrs Smith because the new one had a different audio commentary from the director.

I believe you lose the video diary of them going around promoting the film, which had plenty of Alba, but not a big loss over all.

uhh..am i missing something. why does that ad say the film is coming out on June 29th?? Every other site I've been to say it's being released June 15th. Probably a mistake, esp considering it would be up against Die Hard 4 that weekend

It's probably a crap-shoot at best. Usually you have to find the one with the sticker that says it has a movie ticket. If you really want the movie ticket, I'd forgo online and get it in person.
