Anyone have any idea if or when they will release additional seasons of these series. They have released only 2 seasons of Amazing Race, the last one over a year ago. Only the first season of the Apprentice has seen the light of day and that was over 2 yrs ago. Were the sales on these not spectacular?

Personally, I'd love to see all seasons of TAR on DVD (except that abortion they called the family edition), and I'd buy each of them on release date. But my guess is what's been released is all we'll ever see of either show. I'm not holding my breath.

yea that family edition was pure awful. when it comes to reality shows/game shows being released on dvd its a little different for me. with the exeption of 30 days (which i got cause i don't have FX) i usually stay away from the survivor/amazing race dvds.
i know who wins and to me (its my opinion everyone has there own) watching reruns of a reality series doesn't hold much intrest for me.
i missed the first couple of seasons of the amazing race so it wouldn't be as bad but i still know who won.

they changed the opening theme song to something else due to some god damn legal troubles. the sales for the first season of the Apprentice wern't anything to write home about.

it seems like all those garbage MTV shows are being released on dvd i wonder why they don't release popular shows like TAR & Survivor.
