Waltons Season 4 TROUBLE...
I've nearly completed watching the new Season 4 and on disc 4, episode The Big Brother, the video pixelates between minutes 3 and 4. Anyone else have this trouble? I don't know if I should replace the whole set (store exchange) or try to contact Warner Bros. for a replacement disc.
Any help or just plain ideas would be appreciated.

you should try and exchange it and if the second copy doesn't work contact WB and ask for a replacement disc.
alot of the times its just a Bad disk from that shipment.
and i know its annoying but watch the whole thing all over again to see if it works cause say 2 years from now you want to watch it again and its fucked up then your screwed.

Do you have more than one player? Sometimes I find one of my DVD players more fickle than my much older Pioneer LD/combo unit. Surprisingly most discs that may break up or freeze on other machines work fine when I switch to that device.
That's one thing I don't like about box sets. So many discs in one package to have to worry about.

indiephantom,
I do have two players and a DVD drive in my PC. The disc pixelated consistently regardless of player. :-(
You make a great point about entire series sets. I don't think I'll *ever* go that route!
BTW, I hope someone asks about these defective discs during the HTF chat with Warner Brothers.
