Question about the new James Bond sets.

My Dad just emailed me and I have no clue what he's talking about.

His James Bond Ultimate sets special features disc have foreign text on them and he can't read anything on the main menu. I know these are not bootlegs since I bought him a couple of these sets for christmas. I said "So all special features discs on ALL of your James Bond sets are in foreign writing?" Yep...he said. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has an idea since I cant check myself.

Thanks in advance.

its explained better in the main bond thread but easy answer is... these disc are encoded NTSC for region 1 and 3. His player either isn't defaulted to only region 1, or it isnt handling the disc well (as others had complained about.)
