Got my envelope today, came with a postage and an apology letter. I sent my email a couple of weeks ago. I'm just sending in Superman 3, hopefully I'll get it back soon

I sent my discs off 2 weeks ago, and got them back this past Saturday. About a 10-12 day turnaround. being on the west coast helps a little.

Well, I received my envelope today. I'm not going to celebrate until the discs arrive at my door. For anyone in Canada, I'm in B.C. and I emailed about 2 weeks ago.

I received my envelopes yesterday. It only took less than a week for them to send it to me. I hope that the replacement discs gets to me as soon as the envelopes.

I sent my discs back the week before Christmas and am still waiting for the replacement discs.

I did the same and got mine this morning; your wait should almost be over (oh, and yes, they're shipped in the same kind of mailer envelope that you sent the crapolas back in, but the replacements are housed in sleeves to prevent scratching, so whew!)!

Hey guys, I got the discs back from Unigistix today! That was quick. I emailed them on Jan.10th, received the envelope on Jan.16th and finally got the discs today.

I suppose most of us Canadians will be receiving them in the mail this week.

Same padded manilla envelope with the discs sealed in their separate sleeves inside.

I think I'll celebrate by watching Superman III tonight (naw, on second thought, I'll watch Heroes from last night).

got my envelopes a while back, so need to send off, but if S III has all of the extras, making of, deleted scenes, then it is already the good one, right? So maybe just have to send off STM.

I called for envelopes in mid Dec...and nothing yet. I guess it is time to call again.

Yes, you should definitely have your return mailer by now; hell, in that amount of time, you should just about have your replacement discs in hand.

Called in again today, so hopefully the envelope will be here in a week. Incidentally, just received a letter from Costco which included a letter from them and Warner Brothers talking about the defective disks.

Like JIF, it's over for me now too, (as soon as I inspect my discs). I emailed Unigistix on January 10, my mailer arrived on the 17th, mailed it out on the 18th, and they arrived today.

So, turnaround time is okay. Can't complain.

It's almost over for all you others as well.....

I also called for envelopes in mid December and haven't received them yet. I called today and was told (as reported earlier) that mid-late December orders were "lost in the mail." The woman from Warners told me they would be reshipping the lost envelopes next week. Not sure if you need to call and specifically request another set of envelopes, but it wouldn't hurt.

w0ot! Got my replacements discs on Wednesday here in Montreal! It took forever to get Warner Canada to get their asses in gear but when they did.. boy was it fast! I got my Enveloppe last Thursday, mailed it out Friday and got the discs Wednesday. Not bad!

So i was watching the deleted scenes on the Superman III disc(no wonder they got cut.. they sucked big time) and is it or me is Superman wearing eye-makeup in this movie? It's been so long since i've seen it..

Oh and man was Annette O'Toole(Lana Lang/Martha Kent) hot back then!
