Just got off the phone w/ Disney about my defective disc 1. I hope they send out the new discs soon because I really want to watch this season.

I got mine at Circuit City.
[Elliot voice]Frick![/Elliot voice] That is a problem I had with all the S3 episodes when watching them on my PC. To get the DVD to work again, I'd have to cancel out of PowerDVD and restart the application (yes, AND go through all the copyright warnings again). However, I have not had any problems like that while using a standalone DVD player.

A way to get around it is to hit the menu button during the closing credits...

Well, sure enough I got a bad one too. Do you just call the # on the disk?

Just got off the phone with tech support. My envelope should be here in 7-10 business days. God knows how long until I get my replacement.

For all the calls I'm sure they're getting on that disk, must they still know the make and models of my players?

Mine is still unopened, so I think I'm going to return it and buy it at some future date (perhaps when the next season is released). I'm not going through the ordeal of sending it in for a replacement -- I did this once and the disc apparently got lost in the mail.

I just got my label today and it says the same thing but I am going by what they they told me over the phone. So I used one of the jewel cases I bought in bulk and I am sending it to them that way.

Yeah, the guy on the phone said to send ONLY disk 1 and to keep the package and other 2 disks.

Got my disc back yesterday. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but I have a feeling it is the same exact disc. There are fingerprints all over it and there was no sort of message included with it.

I got my disc back today and so far it is playing fine. It no longer freezes up in the spots where it was before.

That's probably because they sent you a NEW disk.

Anyone else receive their replacement yet? Its going on 3 weeks since I sent my bad disk in, and I'm just wondering how long it takes.

I got my replacement disc in about 3 weeks. I would give it another week and if you still haven't received it then give them a call and ask for the status.
