Just got off the phone with tech support. My envelope should be here in 7-10 business days. God knows how long until I get my replacement. 
For all the calls I'm sure they're getting on that disk, must they still know the make and models of my players?

Mine is still unopened, so I think I'm going to return it and buy it at some future date (perhaps when the next season is released). I'm not going through the ordeal of sending it in for a replacement -- I did this once and the disc apparently got lost in the mail.

Got my disc back yesterday. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but I have a feeling it is the same exact disc. There are fingerprints all over it and there was no sort of message included with it.
