I received the Mr. Arkadin set for my birthday and absolutely love it. Except for the fact that it didn't come with the 30+ page booklet. Has anybody had this happen with criterion? I contacted them twice and never received a response. The store it came from no longer has it in stock. Any help would be appreciated.

If you contacted Jon Mulvaney about the problem then you should get a new booklet in a few weeks. I've had 2 things missing from past criterions and each time I've contacted them they have sent it to me, but only once did I get a response e-mail.

I had the same problem with my copy of the Third Man that I ordered years ago from Amazon and contacted Criterion and had a replacement within a week. He was really good about it.
