Getting the 2-Disc; I'm a sucker for packaging and the features look great, I'll double-dip if there's a extended/4 discer-hopefully this pans out.
double for me. I can't stand having a standard version of a dvd. Any pics or links to this 4 disc that's suppose to be out later this year?

Wasn't a big fan of the movie in theatres, but am gonna give it another shot on disc. I'll pick up the 2discer, since I always have to go for the deluxe editions...hopefully the price difference won't be too huge (like the $10 difference in Kong editions this past week).

I voted single disc because there will most likely be an extended edition you can almost be something will be rereleased closer to Prince Caspian coming out.
The only way I'd get the 2 disc is if the price isn't too far apart. On Kong...I went the single disc route and held off on the rip off edition. |
It's hard not to want the 2disc. It's a pretty sweet case. It cover flaps up like the disney PE's, but the side is part of the flap too, and the dvd case slides out and it looks so damn nice.
I'll wait for an extended edition.
For Narnia !
...double for me |
I'll be getting the 2 disc. Packaging is too great.
To bad.. Disney US did not carry the UK Amazon Exclusive boxset......

MATT There seem to be no such deals for Narnia though. I'll probably get the single edition because although I love extras, I seem to be spending less and less time watching them. |

double for me (oh, wait, were we talking about the narnia disc ...)
None. I liked it OK, but didn't think enough of it to buy it.
will see the price difference...
why sometimes there a 3-4$ difference and sometimes it's like 10-15$ difference between single and double disk ?? |
Double for me. Although I only watch them once, I really like looking at special features :)
I voted for Neither, no desire to see it.
this was not a great movie, so neither.
I didn't get the chance to see this yet. And since the price difference is so large in an already expensive month, I'll be happy with a dts track and commentary as far as extras go for now. If this gets an extended version or I move to ONE of the HD formats, maybe then. Gotta save up for some tv sets in May anyway.
For $5 Extra I'll get the double. If it is $10 more I will get the single. I haven't seen the movie yet but at least you get a commentary with the one disk version which is pretty good.
The $25 Harry Potter 2-disk really pissed me off. I dig harry potter movies but frell Warner Brother for doing that - I bought the 1 disk for $15 and I'll keep an eye out for the 2 disk version at the pawn shops where it will be less than ten bucks. |
Double for sure.
Without a doubt...the double. Originally had mine on order with Amazon for $23.26 but the overstock deal for $20.00 and change forced me to cancel my Amazon order. Extras look incredible and easily justifiable at the $20.00 price tag. My dvd buying has just about stopped as I will be buying up HD movies as they are released in the future. Movies such as Narnia are too tempting to pass up for myself so I can live with a double dip in the future. :)
I'll be picking up the 2-disc set.
