Which Narnia will you get?
Im still debating , but I think the single.
I am getting the double, and if they do an extended, I will get that too. I really enjoyed this movie.
I don't know since I haven't seen it yet, but if I do it will be the single.
Double
Double for me
Leaning towards the single disc.
EDIT - It'll all depend on the packaging. |
I'll get the double disc set. Might as well, I do it for most everything else. and this looks like a good one.
Already got mine. Great packaging on the 2-disc.

Is it like Harry Potter with the year on it? |
I’m going to Netflix it first and if I like it, I’ll get the 2 DVD Set.
2 disc for me
Double
I can't decide.
Double, I like the coverart for it quite a bit
I'm getting the single. The double disc is horrid and cheap looking. It's just a cheap cardboard slipcase that unfolds like a wardrobe. Definitely not worth the $35 price tag.
any store exclusives with this movie?
It's down in the basement ATM, but I don't recall seeing a number on there. The word Narnia is very big on the spine compared to the other words.

Is it similar to the 2 disc Lord of War? |
RENT IT, then - if I like it - I'll decide which version to get. It may be a while before it hits the rental shelves here in Japan, but I have the patience.
A friend told me that it's kind of too much geared for kids and that I may not enjoy it, that's why I want to rent it first. |
definately the double this film was one of my absolute faves of last year so I cant wait to explore the extras!
Getting the double disc, but I miss the good old days when special editions were the standard for major releases!
Getting the 2-discer. I don't give a shit how the cover art looks or what kind of pakage it's in. Thats crazy.

Probably the one disc. The extended edition rumors are making me wary.
I read in a Norwegian magazine that a 4-disc set was coming in October. They even had a promotional picture for the set. The movie on disc 1, special features on isc 2 and 3, and disc 4 was dedicated to the life and story of C.S. Lewis. I assume this will be a worldwide release, since it's Buena Vista who releases this worldwide.
Getting the 2-Disc; I'm a sucker for packaging and the features look great, I'll double-dip if there's a extended/4 discer-hopefully this pans out.
double for me. I can't stand having a standard version of a dvd. Any pics or links to this 4 disc that's suppose to be out later this year?

Wasn't a big fan of the movie in theatres, but am gonna give it another shot on disc. I'll pick up the 2discer, since I always have to go for the deluxe editions...hopefully the price difference won't be too huge (like the $10 difference in Kong editions this past week).
MATT |
I voted single disc because there will most likely be an extended edition you can almost be something will be rereleased closer to Prince Caspian coming out.
The only way I'd get the 2 disc is if the price isn't too far apart. On Kong...I went the single disc route and held off on the rip off edition. |
It's hard not to want the 2disc. It's a pretty sweet case. It cover flaps up like the disney PE's, but the side is part of the flap too, and the dvd case slides out and it looks so damn nice.
I'll wait for an extended edition.
For Narnia !
...double for me |
I'll be getting the 2 disc. Packaging is too great.
To bad.. Disney US did not carry the UK Amazon Exclusive boxset......

MATT There seem to be no such deals for Narnia though. I'll probably get the single edition because although I love extras, I seem to be spending less and less time watching them. |

None. I liked it OK, but didn't think enough of it to buy it.
