I was wondering... if someone already owned Magnolia and Grand Canyon, and then went out and bought Crash, would that qualify?

It's not like it's the same exact movie, but they remind me of each other. I guess mostly because of the military angle to both movies (wherein the protagonists don't just have to worry about the zombies/infected, but about the military as well, and at some point, the military is the bigger problem), and the zombie (day of the dead)/infected (28 days later) they have chained up to study.
