Worst content dvd is probably some old South Park episode disc, from before the season sets, haven't watched those in ages. As far as the quality of the disc itself and the transfer, etc.. I have one of those Classic Cartoon 2 disc collections with mostly Fleischer Popeye and Superman cartoons. I love those, and so far these public domain print releases are all that's available. Of course it cost me like $3 for 3 hours of cartoons, so i'm not complaining!

You're right, but no one's going to admit we should close 98% of the internet. All we need is Amazon and pr0n, but we all need down time.

I'd have to say The Matrix Reloaded because it's the only full screen I had. I bought a bunch of new DVDs from a seller on eBay and didn't notice this was the only full screen. It was right there in the description, but I was buy happy because of the combined shipping offer.

Two movies that I unfortunately have but pretend I don't are:
Robocop 2 and Alien Resurrection.
Ugh. Two awful movies that I can't get rid of because they're both in those fold out box sets...

I don't buy bad movies/TV shows, so my worst DVD is "The Last Seduction".
Great movie, horrible dvd - full-frame (though since it first aired on HBO, I guess that's it's OAR), and it's a crappy transfer, and has absolutely no extras.

I would say that overall, my DVD collection predominantly reflects what many would consider to be "good" taste - mostly comprised of Hollywood and foreign classics, highly praised cult and genre films, or just plain quirky personal favorites.
That being said, I am also a HUGE horror movie fan, so my guilty pleasures include collecting every good, bad or good/bad horror flick I can lay my hands on. Thus, I have in my possession such 'classics' as:
Slaughter High
Graduation Day
Scalps
Zombie 4
From a Whisper to a Scream
Nightmare City
Hell of the Living Dead
Rats: Night of Terror
Hellgate
And every single one of them is just out and out bad. As in hurts-your-brain bad. All blind buys that I wouldn't if I had it to do all over again.

My local edition (R3 Indonesia - Towermovie) of Brotherhood of the Wolf - I like the movie but my DVD version is cut! So funny that I own a VCD from the same distributor and the cut scene in the DVD exists in VCD! What a stupid company. So I think that's the worst in my collection.
John Woo's The Killer from Universe HK could be the next worst in terms of quality, but as an Indonesian, this is quite valuable since it's the ONLY DVD edition of the Killer in the world that has Indonesian subtitles (not Malay!).
Quick and the Dead (starring Sam Elliott) - the movie is not exciting enough although I'm a western fan.
Convoy - oooh I really regret buying this - not to mention that it's quite expensive ! (I bought R2 disc from xploited)

easy; 'Godfather III' (part of the box set), 'Scream 3' (part of the box set), 'The Doom Generation' (also one of the worst-looking DVDs; sure wish they'd remaster it), 'Josie And The Pussycats' (no real excuse for this one except that I have a crush on Parker Posey and it really is kind of funny)
The worst movie I EVER owned was 'The Fly II', but (much like 'Scream 3' and 'Godfather III') only because it was packaged together with the Cronenberg. Thanks to the remaster, I no longer have the shame of that travesty in the library.

I have a lot of bad DVDs, it would be hard to pick just one.
If I had more time/desire, I would weed out the collection. But I don't. And I got most all of my discs cheap enough (usually
