These don't have to be fully loaded SEs, but I'd love a new 16x9 transfer:
Face/Off
The Waterboy
Ransom
Halloween: H20
From Dusk til Dawn
Broken Arrow
I would request Armageddon and Braveheart, but both are scheduled for new format release.

Braveheart
Kill Bill: Whole Bloody Affair
Nosferatu (second the Criterion suggestion)
Blade Runner
THE MALTESE FALCON
Eyes Wide Shut
... and Mortal Kombat (guilty as sin pleasure)

"Hello, Dolly!" should have a bonus disc with all the screen tests and other documentary shorts that were filmed, some of which have been seen on AMC.
"Valley of the Dolls". What the heck is taking so long for Fox to release this in the USA?
"The Way We Were". Restore the subplot about the Communist hearings, a lot of that was cut after previews.

Not sure how much demand there would be, but I want Touch of Evil. There was a documentary that was supposed to be on the DVD but I believe Beatrice Welles blocked it; get the issues resolved and include it on the SE. Also with all of the different cuts of the film done (original, restored, "director's cut" that I know of) they need to have at least the latter two (I prefer the restored version over the more recent "director's cut") and ideally all three.
I don't know if anyone involved in the making of the film is available for a commentary (Dennis Weaver is the only one I can think of who is still with us) but someone should be able to do a good job. Bogdonavich can be insufferable but he was a close associate of Welles's and it seems as if the mainstay of his career now is doing DVD extras.
OK I'm finished now. Can you tell this is one of my favorite movies?
Also: IT'S A UNIVERSAL (too bad!)
