Night of the Comet
Night of the Creeps
Also, The Wild Life, which really surprises me that it hasn't been released yet. Maybe there's a soundtrack issue holding it up?

These threads are always so popular (well, I like'em); everyone wants to air out what they wish were available. When some of my MIAs have been released in the past couple of years, I've almost been disappointed ... is it better to want them than to have them?
In no particular order (wants for region 1 only, some may be out in other regions):
Pretty Poison
The Wrong Box
The Bed-Sitting Room (was this scheduled for 2006?)
The Decline of Western Civilization I, II, and III
A decent release of Lola Montes ... the separate German and French versions of the film, which have both been found and restored I believe. It's in print now with a weak non-anamorphic transfer, and as such, is the only Max Opuls film on DVD in R1 as far as I know.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Fabulous Stains
Brewster McCloud
The Westerner (TV Series)
Orson Welles's Othello back in print with an option for the original soundtrack ... include the new, modified one as well but include the original.
Reflections in a Golden Eye (full color and desaturated color versions included)
Wise Blood
The Dead
The Gang's All Here
Gabriel Over the White House
Ruby in Paradise
Eréndira
Before the Rain
The Blue Bird (1940)
Welcome to L.A.
Mädchen in Uniform
Pandora's Box
1900
Berlin Alexanderplatz
The Fool Killer
Sticks and Bones (TV)
A Taste of Honey (1961)
Who's Minding the Mint?
The T.A.M.I. Show
Darktown Strutters (1975)
Mandingo
Drum
The Klansman
Witchfinder General
The Shooting (1967)
Performance
El Cid
The Last of the Secret Agents?
The Conformist
Decent versions of A Star is Born (1937) and Nothing Sacred (1937), both of which are in the public domain. Supposedly Disney has restored NS from film elements they own through the David O. Selznick library; I don't know whether they have done anything on ASiB.
Ditto for Becky Sharp, from the UCLA restored version. The public domain versions are from Cinecolor prints.
Ditto for a decent version of One-Eyed Jacks.
Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!
Captain Horatio Hornblower (1951)
Mouchette
Black Lizard (Kurotokage) (1968)
etc. ... etc. ... etc. ... etc. ...

DVD Talk Platinum Edition
There are still thousands of films to release. For my part, I want everything from Godard, Truffaut, Rohmer, Chabrol, Rivette, Cocteau, Malle, Bresson, Becker, Clouzot, Antonioni, Visconti, Fellini, de Sica, Bergman, etc.

As sad as it sounds I'm waiting for "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" to be released. The ones with Kevin Sorbo. The tv films where released with 3 episodes from series 1 and commentary from Sorbo himself.
