Brian Pillman-Loose Cannon 2 disc DVD will be released on Sept 26.
The Rowdy Roddy Piper DVD will be released in 2007.

Edit: Now I see Highspots.com has the Piper DVD (called "Born To Controversry-The Roddy Piper Story") scheduled to be released on Sept 25 while Deep Discount DVD has it scheduled to be released on Nov 14.

Whats going on here?

Speaking of DDD, whats the WWE Unauthorized DVD they have listed for $5.99 on their site?

LB...

Piper has made quite a few racists comments in interviews throughout his career. It is one of the reasons Mr. T had a problem with him

FINALLY the Calgary Stampede 10-man...they better leave in all the post-match celebrating.

And about it being delayed, geez, I just C&P'd what 411Mania had, don't jump down my throat.

This looks like an amazing dvd. I'm so glad it has the first Nitro match vs. Liger. It's such a surreal scene, watching the 2 of them wrestle in the middle of the Mall of America.

Yeah, that's one thing I always loved about Nitro. They did shows in some different places... like malls, or outside in the summer, in the middle of pools, etc.

Of course, that cuts down on the amount of tickets sold, so no way Vince would ever do somehting like than now with WWE.

To the note on shows in strange places, when WWE first started shotgun saturday night, they taped it in weird places. I was at the 3rd or 4th show they taped, and it was in the middle of Penn Station. I think Undertaker tombstone Triple H on the escalator. Amazing...

Too bad much of that will never be released on dvd...

That's what happens when you read non-reliable wrestling websites.

There are only three reliable wrestling websites - the Torch, the Observer, and PWInsider.

True, but if 411mania gets all their info from those 3 sites, doesn't that also make them reliable?

No, because they also get info from other unreliable sites, and often times, sites that steal news tend to make up news as well.

They steal news from reliable sites like the Observer to give themselves a reputation, and then make up news as well.

Bottom line. There are three wrestling websites you should go to.
http://www.pwtorch.com
http://www.pwinsider.com
http://www.wrestlingobserver.com

If you don't get it directly from one of those sites, it's unreliable.

Yea anything? I was hoping for a mega Summerslam or Royal Rumble set like the Wrestlemania set one we got last year.

I would buy Summerslam and Royal Rumble compilations and I never bought the Wrestlemania ones. All of the great Wrestlemania matches are on other discs.
