Wow, that is pretty weak for the Ladder Match set. A lot of it is already available, and a good portion of it will be blurred and edited. Only one WCW match? Very disappointing. I still might pick it up used at some point for the couple matches I don't have yet, but there's no way I'm paying brand new prices for that one.

Bossman actually makes sense if you look at it through Russo's view back then. He was probably still hanging from the noose at WM 15 and could just lift it up with ease. Anyway, only match left off I would like to have seen on there would have been Syxx/Eddy.

I would have liked to have seen the Jung Dragons vs. Three Count ladder match from WCW.

I am hoping that Blockbuster releases a bonus disc for BACKLASH featuring last night's Main Event from RAW.......Cena vs HBK. Even if that is the only bonus match I am buying the dvd regardless if the PPV sucks. WHAT A MATCH LAST NIGHT.

Seriously, must you all keep taking this thread off-topic?

Ok, let's keep this going. Stay focused.

That's definitely tentative. Meltzer released a similar list for the dusty set, bret hart set and the world title sets. I think what he gets leaked is the list that gets handed right before the choices are finalized. So expect 5 or so to be knocked off.

I too second the jung dragons/3 count match. I remember reading that was one of the last good things wcw did before there demise. Wouldn't mind seeing some classic Canadian, Florida and nwa matches from years past. Bad news allen (brown) v. Bret hart orTully v. Dusty, just to name a few.

Bossman actually makes sense if you look at it through Russo's view back then. He was probably still hanging from the noose at WM 15 and could just lift it up with ease. Anyway, only match left off I would like to have seen on there would have been Syxx/Eddy.

How about this...you can post a link to where it is that we are permitted to post about WCW events so we can go there and post about WWE dvd releases.
Just a thought.

This thread is created weekly. Other than that, you can create a WCW thread on the Sports section of DVDTalk.

Looking over the list I realized I've seen 4 of those matches in person (SS 95, KOTR 99, Starrcade 99, and SS 05). Whenever I've gone to see a show there always is a ladder matche.

on WWE.com in the UPCOMING DVD section through 2007 it says the Ladder match DVD is coming out in August but on Amazon.com it says June. Not sure what seems right.
