I'll get the Marge head. It's the intended box and artwork, sorta like OAR

Marge Head.

I had no problem with the Homer Head. I have no problem with the packaging changing, and if they do five heads and then change to a third thing, I'm fine with that too. It's just a $30 box of DVDs, I'm not storing the family fortune in it.

Marge head. I like creative stuff not the same old square boxes. I don't care if they line up pretty or not.

Regular box for me. I'd like to get the Marge head, but I'm having space constraints right now (I know, you're saying "The Marge head isn't that much bigger than the normal box").

Regular box. The heads are chintzy, flimsy crap. A potentially good idea executed very poorly.

If they offer the replacement box for Season 7, I'll buy the Marge Head. If not, I'll by the normal package.

Regular box.

Heads are flimsy. And what can I say, I am anal and I want my boxes nice and uniform looking on the shelf

The Homer Head is not bad, I didn't find it to be as cheap or crappy as many members have been saying, that being said I'd definetly prefer a line up of all boxes
how is the replacement box?

marge head box.

My Homer head box is tearing on the seam and I have opened it maybe 25 times. I'm not buying any more of the cheap heads.

It's always easy to decide between box and head.

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I saw the "original" packaging for Simpsons season 7 today at work (fye). We apparently got them in a week or so early. Anyway, I can happily report that the box definitely has a top and is very similar to the packaging for seasons 1-5. There were some pictures in another thread about this and there was some debate if the box was going to be exactly like the replacement for season 6 (sans top), which it is not. They still had the cut out with the eye, but the packaging seemed pretty solid. I don't have any pics, but for those that liked the old packaging, I think you will be pleased.

The Homer head is totally impractical packaging, and it is cheap-ass quality as well. Regular box here.

Fixed.

I'm not a big fan of the Homer head. I ordered the replacement box, and will be getting the regular box for S7 too.

My local video store just got these in, but they only had the Marge-heads. The store owner had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if they got any of the regular packaging.

Would any one have a clue as to what the release ratio will be between the head and non-head packaging?

I'm not a big fan of the heads themselves, but I love the book-like packaging for the discs inside the head - it makes it a lot easier to get at the discs than continuously unfolding a digipack.
