13 going 30 : Fun & Flirty Edition ----> 2/7/06
Davisdvd.com has brief mentioning that this unnecesary double dip is coming on Feb 7th 2006. And now Sony is using the stupid and lame title names on their DVDs too? Just ridiculous!

Player 1: "I'll take unnecessary dvd rereleases for $100, Alex."
ALEX: "Answer: This title is the most unnecessary dvd released in 2006."
Player 1: "What is 13 Going on 30: Fun & Flirty Edition?"
ALEX: "Correct."

This is a fine film. What's wrong with another release?
Bottom line is someone will buy it! Those that produce it will make some money, pay a bill, buy a car, etc. It's called capitalism!
If you don't like it, don't buy it, and move to France. Duh!

I remember reading an article (Video Business, maybe?) that said that Sony was extremely happy with the sales of this DVD. Surprised, actually, at how well it sold.
So, they decide to double-dip only 18 months later? Strange...
And, honestly, the original release was pretty jam-packed -- 2 commentaries, 18 deleted scenes, featurettes, blooper reel, making-of, a few stupid games. What more could they possibly add?
EDIT: I'm an idiot. This is obviously just a lame promotion to get it featured in stores in time for Valentine's Day. I didn't realize until I checked my calendar.
I think we can all safely skip this one...

love this movie. though I might have to pass on a double-dip unless it has some 'must have' extras.

honestly, i can understand the reasoning for putting out special ed. for alot of genre's of movies. But, i cannot understand why romantic comedies need a special ed. especially so soon after its released. I guess its only a matter of time before we get a "Mean Girls: Plastic's Edition" dvd release. They'll double dip this, but not The Game??
