BTW ... Les Miseranimals is in episode number 11 on the first volume. I can't wait ... I've always wanted to see that ep and have never caught it.

I can't wait for these sets plus I like both of the cover arts.
BTW, in regards to Animaniacs, does anybody know the episode name of when Slappy goes to Woodstock?

Personally I'm super pumped for this on DVD - one of my favorite shows. I'm gonna pass on "Pinky and the Brain" though - loved them in "Animaniacs", but never thought they could carry themselves on their own. Which greatly disappointed me.

sorry, but does anyone know if there is a place on cable maybe to catch a rerun here or there? Just so maybe i can get a feel for the show again, since i haven't watched these in so long.

tvshowsondvd.com is also confirming the release of Animaniacs Volume 1 and Pinky and the Brain on July 25th, 2006. They also have the specs and episode listing in their site.

Both long-time favorites, these will go proudly on my shelf with my Looney Tunes and Disney Treasures.

Sorry, had to throw a random Slappy in there...
Did Tress MacNeille voice Slappy? She rules!

I think Slappy was the worst thing to ever air. I couldnt stand that thing and I will be skipping it on the DVDs.
If it wasnt for the Goodfeathers and Pinky & Brain, I wouldnt jump for joy over this set. Though I guess its not too expensive, about the same as a Simpsons season, I expected it for less.
Whens Vol 2 due?

Looks like the in store pricing is going to be ok.
