Yea....like the 123kid/bret match from an early raw broadcast.

I too get annoyed when they release matches that were on previous dvd's.....but like someone mentioned not everyone buys every single wwe produced dvd like myself.

But they really could have passed on that taker one night only match. I watched it on the taker set and it wasn't that great. I would have much rather preferred the summerslam match between him & taker, where he won his 5th and last wwf world title. I don't mind the owen tribute match. It's one of his greatest matches and deserves to be included. Also, too bad the canadian stampede match isn't on there as well.

Good call. The 1-2-3 Kid match would have been great.

I posted this in the other topic. No chance it's included huh?

My comment about this set is: I'm dying to see the night where Bret and Owen had a heart to heart and the Hart Foundation reformed on March of 1997. The look on Owen's face after hearing all that Bret had to say, then his jaw falling as the emotion took over and he openly cried...I can't think of a more dramatic moment in RAW history. I was a huge fan of Owen's alter ego--the Blue Blazer--before he debuted on TV and I loved his facial expressions and vocal outbursts during his matches. I'll never forget that night when Bret reconciled with his brother Owen and brought him together with the British Bulldog. Let's hope it makes the cut.
What about some of the other promos after that when he was expressing how he was getting screwed. I remember him being the first wrestler to swear on RAW. It was a big deal when he said "Bullshit!"

I prefer DDD prices and no hat.

I rented a Shawn Michaels dvd from BB and i'm pretty sure none of the matches were full (iirc there was this shake? and then it went to another part of the match). Is it the same for this dvd or are all the matches full? Thanks.

Those were edited matches. You probably rented a 60-minute dvd. These should be full matches.

Speaking of Shawn Michaels, no matches between Shawn + Bret = No Sale for me!

Do you really need another DVD with the overrated Ironman Match on it? The only stuff they ever did with each other was their feud in 1992 and even that wasn't amazing.

They should have the screwjob match on there though. It was important in his and Shaun's career and it was historical for the WWF.

True, but at the very least their 1992 ladder match (first ever in WWF/WWE history) should be included. And where's the WMVIII match vs. Piper, damn it.

Technically, that's not true...there's a match between the Hart Foundation and The Rockers from 1990 on there.

Did you rent 'From the Vault: Shawn Michaels' or the one titled 'Boyhood Dreams'? If it's the latter, that was an old VHS tape converted to DVD, and they rarely had full matches on those things, I believe.

I just watched the Bret Hart DVD and the Wrestlemania XIII match is *completely* out of sync. Hoping WWE will issue replacement discs!

Why? The match was entirely forgettable sans the ending and we've seen and heard about the stupid screwjob enough times to last us the rest of our lives. Plus, these were all Bret's selections. Why in the world would he chose a match that had to be one of the most embarrassing/angering moments of his career?

I thought it was a great match, even with the ending. It's one of the bonus on the Confidential DVD.

They really didn't spend too much time talking about the SS match itself or what happened after it. You hear more of what went on in the weeks before the match, from Bischoff, Vince, and Bret himself.

In all, I was really never a Bret Hart fan back in the 80s but the man lasted a long time in a business that Vince has always built around big muscular guys. I thought the best part of the first dvd was Bret talking about all of the former wrestlers that have died.

How do you quote someone? I can't check the box under options. Anyways Boyhood Dreams was what I rented. Looks like I will be picking this up.
