I would expect it to be in the 5.99-9.99 range, honestly.

Not to thread jack.. but I am getting married on Halloween and we are throwing a huge halloween party. I want to have a screening room set up in the mansion we are having the reception at so that people can relax and watch something halloween / horror related. Problem is.. we have a ton of kids that will be there, so nothing in my horror collection is going to cut it. Anyone have any suggestions for a kids halloween title that is roughly an hour and a half long.. preferably a cartoon of some sort? I was eyeing that Heffalump Halloween title..

Congrats on the wedding also (and very good choice of date! my brother got married on Hallowe'en two years ago and it was the BEST party I have ever been too).
Anyhoo, I digress. Films for the whole family you could play at the reception would have to include Hocus Pocus as Eric D. mentioned. It's a must! You could also screen Ghostbusters, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the '92 original), A Nightmare Before Christmas, Watcher in the Woods. If you wanted to be a little adventurous (and introduce some people to some real classics whilst your at it) you could try Cat People/Curse of the Cat People from the Val Lewton Collection (although I don't think they would be suitable for the very young). For the adults in a late night screening you really should go with the best of all - Hallowe'en!!!
I hope you have a great day!!!
As to recommendations for general Hallowe'en viewing (or at any time for that matter):
The Frighteners (looking forward to the upcoming director's cut release)
They (Wes Craven presents...)
Boogeyman (2005)
Darkness Falls (I know it gets a lot of bad mouthing but I enjoy it)
Children of the Corn (the original)
Shaun of the Dead
28 Days Later
Suspiria
Scream
The Fog (well, pretty much anything by Carpenter)

I recommend The Eye ("Jian gui"), a horror film from Asian (Hong Kong in this case) about a blind girl surgically getting a new set of eyes... that see more than regular eyes. This movie has a very creepy atmosphere and (IMO) is one of the best of the recent Asian horror wave.

The Korean horror/thrillers Whispering Corridors and Phone are also very good if you like stuff along the lines of The Sixth Sense, The Devil's Backbone, and Stir of Echoes.
