Wrestlemania 14 is also blurred...thought it started at 15, sucks.

Crowd noise is pretty fake and they got some fake announcer announcing stuff sometimes, like in 14 when Chyna and HHH are ejected from ring side, some fake announcer announces it. So fake but still watchable.

1-13 looks fine

14 and 15 tough

Is 14 that bad? I thought the first WM with the scratch logo was 15.

Hey, if anyone wants to trade a 35mm film cell for an autograph I'm game

14 only has the scratch logo on the ring apron basically. So it is not that bad at all. What autographs do you have?

14 has scratch logo on apron, but when they show the names they blur it, also all the camera man around the ring have the scratch logo shirts, so thats a good 10 blurrs right there, microphone got it, few others

14 is not too bad really though, 15, 16, 17 and 18 Have to be alot worse in my opinion. Those ones have it on all four turnbuckle corners from top to bottom. That is as bas as it gets.

Tried PMing you, but for some reason it says I am not able to PM people. Anyway, what autographs do you have? I'm willing to trade.

Autographs:

WWE Theme Addict CD with music video DVD, autographed by Dawn Marie and Spike Dudely. I have a picture of me with Dawn Marie and Spike Dudely http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/9849/wwetheme2nd.jpg

Autographed MAVEN 8x10 (video proof) http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/3425/maven2rn.jpg

Tietam Brown and Scooter both hardcover and autographed. No pics at the moment sorry. (have picture proof).

Midnight Express autographed by Jim Cornette, "Sweet" Stan Lane, "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton, and "Loverboy" Dennis Condrey (picture proof). http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/...dnightex0ny.jpg

Bruno Sammartino autograph (have picture proof) http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/2473/bruno8xl.jpg

Official Rodney Mack, Mark Henry, and Theodore Long Promo signed by Rodney Mack. No pic right now sorry. (have video proof)

Classic Superstars Undertaker/Mankind autographs by Foley (have picture proof).

Obviously some things weigh more than others. For instance the autographed Foley 2pack for a 35mm film is not a 1:1 trade so there could be (say) cash to compensate.

Other stuff:

TNA Bloodiest Brawls 2 disc DVD (email for details).

Pieces of a table that Matt Hardy went through at Wrestle Reunion 2. No pics right now (have picture proof).

Shreds of Jim Cornette’s torn pants from Wrestle Reunion 2. No pics right now (have picture proof).

Coffee cup that Ric Flair drank from! I got this at a book signing. I have a picture of me with Flair and that exact coffee cup is shown in the picture. http://home.comcast.net/~owenhart/other/flairDNA.jpg

A WHAT signed by him? But yes I do have his autograph on mags and classic superstars figures. I actually have extra UNsigned Bret Hart magazines. I can give you a good deal on a couple if you want some for autographs. Don't worry he will sign if you put them in front of him. Email me if interested.

If anyone is interested in a list or in discussing a deal email me.

I got the box set ordered through Overstock.com today. Regardless of the requisite edits, I must say it's pretty cool to have the complete set in hand. The box is much smaller than I had thought it was going to be, but that's a good thing as it'll actually fit on a normal shelf.

The 4 film cell cards I got were:

- Wrestlemania 1 : Hogan putting a rear chinlock on Piper

- Wrestlemania 10: An awesome shot of HBK in a mid-air splash off the ladder onto Ramon

- Wrestlemania 15: Another awesome mid-air shot of Rocky giving the Rock Bottom to Austin

- Wrestlemania 17: A ho-hum picture of Taker and HHH at ringside. Probably the least cool of them all.

It's a good day to be sick..going to watch WM1 now.

The box is definitely much smaller than I thought it would be. Everybody got the same things on the film cards, even though I got two for WM1. *shrugs*

About to start watching in a minute. I think I'll start with WMX7.

Oh. Don't have this mag no. But I think I should pick it up.

However, if you want old WWF mags with Bret on the cover (for you to get autographed) let me know.

May I ask a question Ed. When did your set ship and what part of the country are you in? So I can get a better Idea of when mine will come in. Mine shipped on 11/3

Not Ed, but I ordered from DDD back on 8/31. The set shipped on November 4th, and I recieved it on the 8th. I live in KY, so that's probably the reason for the quick shipping, since DDD is located in IL.

Exactly my question. This has to be one of ,if not, the most anticipated WWE releases EVER! But the shortage of news and reviews on the set is very frustrating and disappointing. Can someone direct me to sites or forums that happen to actually have more reviews on it? This forum has been great with people putting thier input (and a few who actually have the set). But Im sure there are other sites for some much needed info. Please post links for WM Anthology reviews or any significant info on the set.

I paid the extra money for 2nd day air from them. Order was shipped on a Friday and arrived here on a Monday. The prices are cheap enough to offset spending a bit on shipping,IMO.
I'm in RI by the way.

I think it's pretty obvious that the lack of detailed info on each event is because it's over 60 hours of material to sift through and it was just released one week ago. So far I've only made it through WM1 and 2/3 of the way through WM14.

WM1 seems great. Nothing really stands out other than the opening theme, which someone noted earlier in the thread was Phil Collins' "Easy Lover", which is replaced with something generically 80's. Not a big deal. Everything else seems to have been kept in tact. If I remember from my Legacy tape, they rarely even said the initials WWF during that broadcast, and instead said World Wrestling Federation in its entirety most of the time.

As for WM14; Marc Mero's theme is dubbed over, not a big deal since I don't even remember his theme when he was 'Marvelous'. There are some awkward quick edits here and there between matches, and I've only noticed twice so far where they edited out someone saying WWF. The blurring is not a big deal as the scratch logo wasn't in full effect yet. Only on some ringside t-shirts and signs and the ring apron on the very left.

Seems like they've gotten the blurring down to a science as it's not nearly as annoying as it was when they first started 3 years ago. Although I haven't gotten to 15 or 16 yet and I might eat my words. I doubt I'll even watch 17-21 since I have the originals.
