The Trial of a Time Lord - DVD
The Trial of a Time Lord, a fourteen episode arc-story that formed the entirety of Season 23, was to be the Sixth Doctor's swansong, after barely more than two seasons with Colin Baker in the role. This lavish four-disc DVD boxset covers all aspects of the season, as well as including an overarching documentary which explains the politics and reasoning behind the foreshortening of Baker's tenure...
Shot predominantly in studio and location on 1" videotape rather than the traditional mix of studio video and location film, 'The Trial of a Time Lord' went through our usual remastering process with little fuss or particular problems to overcome.

Yeah, for me that period of the show was absolutely terrible, but I'll have to rent the discs to check out some of the extras.

Here's a pdf that I've kept up-to-date (does not indicate upcoming announced titles) that shows the complete series and whether an episode is released, unreleased or lost (no release possible).

Great list!
NitPick: You're missing last year's Children in Need Special (Time Crash). It's a special feature on the Voyage of the Damned R2 release and more than likely will be in the Series 4 Box Set.

That is handy, I am going to throw a copy of this into my dvd binder. This may sound dorky (well maybe not to the people on this forum) but I have a binder with lists of related movies and tv shows, kind of a bunch of checklists. Examples would be Films and TV Shows Directed By Joe Dante or Star Trek Seasons, or all music dvds from one band (like They Might Be Giants) Now I have a good list for the Doctor.

For the extra fanatical, I've added Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures to the list.
Doctor_Who_R1_DVD.pdf
Since the list is organized by stories and not individual episodes, can someone clarify all the official 2-part episodes for Torchwood. I can't remember at the moment.

Hey Valeyard!!
Quick question for you. What exactly is the hold up on getting a R1 version of the Paul McGann Doctor Who movie? I had heard something about copyright issues but I don't know the whole story. Any info would be appreciated!!!
Take care all!!

from Steve Manfred's Video FAQ page:
Why hasn't the 1996 Fox TV Movie with Paul McGann come out on DVD yet? It's been out since 2001 in the UK!
This is a special case. Under the co-production deal between the Fox TV Network, Universal, and BBC Worldwide, the North American video release rights now seem to rest with Universal, and they have shown no interest in either releasing it themselves or in licensing it back to BBC Worldwide. The only hope for this ever to be released in North America would seem to be if the new TV series becomes a hit in the US and then Universal changes their mind on this title, trying to ride the coattails of such a success.

Thanks, Odisn. Mr. Manfred's site was the first place I was going to point to for the answer.
The McGann movie was the first DVD I ordered after getting a region-free player.

Big Brain of Morbius box art and confirmation that the Trial of a Time Lord will not be sold individually. I was (like most of you I imagine) planning on picking up the complete collection anyway.
