I'll pick up the SE whenever it comes out, even if it does take over a year. With close to 300 movies in my Netflix queue and a nice little personal collection I've got plenty of new things to discover and old favorites to revisit in the meantime.

I'm more interested in the extras anyway. I liked this a lot in the theaters and I do want to watch it again, but not that often.

I'm getting both.

There is no reason for me to wait for the Kill Bill SE.

I traded for the Marv cover of the theatrical edition. The SE may not be out for a long time.

Got the TC already ordered. If I like it enough, I'll get the the DC when/if it comes out.

I'd prefer a longer cut anyway, and I don't have a set up to play DTS anyway, so those are moot points for me!

I saw it 3 times in the theatre. I've NEVER seen a movie three times in the theatre, that's how much I love this movie. I will be getting it on release

Since there's no date for the SE, I will get my money's worth out of the regular edition and sell it when the SE comes out. I have gotten a lot of mileage out of the first Kill Bill releases and still no SE in sight

I will be getting both. If and when the SE comes out, then I will trade in my copy of the old version, unless it's the only way to watch the theatrical version.

There may be no date on it, but Rodriguez is promising it to be pretty darn quick.

Just as long as none of you are whining in the inevitable "double dip" thread!

Well since there are no specs or announcement for an SE version I am going to get the theatrical release. If an SE ever comes out than I will just buy that one and sell this one.

I'll buy the theaterical cut for $7.50 or less used from one of the rental places and then probably pick up the director's cut if it shows up and when it goes on discount.

I'm getting the first one on Tuesday then if I like it I will get the SE later on when it comes out. What's the deal with the 4 different box covers? I don't care about that, just another gimick?

Just rented it today. Kewl flick. Enjoyed it quite a bit.
Wouldn't buy it, though. Might pick up the SE when it comes out.

I voted for the SE, although I am still waiting for Spy Kids: SE.

Both, I think. It's only $14 (13.99 at Frys), and I'm sure I'll watch it multiple times before the SE comes out if it ever does. I bought Kill Bill when it came out and haven't regretted that.

I'll be double-dipping on this. If the SE has the theatrical cut, then I'll dump the theatrical around the time I buy the new one. This will be a blind buy for me, and I've really been looking forward to seeing it (even more than Star Wars).

I'll wait a bit .... wouldn't be surprised to have the SE announced within the next few months.
