Back to the Future V2 question.
Is it possible to know if it's the V2 of the discs just by looking at the outter package? are there any clues like a specific sticker or something like that? Thanks!

By the time the V2 sets were finally shipped, Universal was no longer including the booklet. It's definitely a better plan to find a V1 set and do the exchange w/Universal through the mail...

I couldn't care less about a booklet.

My local Best Buy has 3 widescreen sets in stock, but all of them are loose.

Guess online is the only other way...

Maybe I'm crazy (and I'm sure readers will let me know) but I simply kept the "bad disc" that came with my Version 1 printing. I even have the envelope they sent me to return the disc, but after viewing the differences through some screencaps I decided it simply wasn't worth the hassle nor the risk of it getting lost in the mail.
Anbody else hold on to their "bad disc" as well?

I don't see why Universal wouldn't at least re-issue the sequels seperately, even if they're the same (fixed) discs that are out now. How would they market an Anni BTTF 1? "Buy a new editon of the first....and keep the old set for the sequels!"
Since I still have the old-verson of the current set, I'm in there for anything new they put out this yr... which has yet to be made official anyways. There was that supposed release list from earlier in the year...which I recall having The Game SE as a summer release, and that hasn't happened.

Well, I guess I'll just wait on the 20th Anniversary of the 1st one. If I had to own just 1, I would pick it. 2 and 3 I can live without, but it would make sense for Universal to at least release these separately. But that would make sense, so I doubt they would do it.

Would it be too much to ask for the 20th Anniversary edition of the first movie to contain the "To Be Continued" epilogue credit as a seamless branching option?
