I know in Episode 9 (My Day Off) they replaced "Hooch" by Everything with generic background noise at the beginning where JD is going into the bar. This one is kind of strange since the song even made in onto the Scrubs soundtrack CD.
The Five for Fighting song is "Easy Tonight" and was originally in Episode 12 (My Blind Date). I just watched this episode a couple of nights ago and I cannot remember hearing this song.
