I plan on opening a thread for every DVD I buy to find out whether I should like it before I watch it. Watch for approximately 100 individual threads as soon as my shipments roll in. I buy movies I know nothing about and ask for opinions rather than form my own.

Is it ok to ask about a DVD that came out two years ago, but that I just bought? I mean, it is new to me, and I didn't buy it used. We need to clarify the purpose of this thread if we expect it to be of value to our fellow members.
