I'm amazed they didn't release this right before Robots came out. Maybe they are waiting for Robots to hit video now.

They kind of did. Many copies of IA have tix to Robots.

downgrade to a one disc and its a free child's pass to see robots...so if your under 12 good for you

So wait... I read when the film was about to be released in theaters that an entire character had been eliminated (voiced by Kristen Johnston) because it tested badly. The director said that ORIGINAL version including the dropped character would be a "branching version" when the DVD was released. I was hoping that's what this ""Extreme Cool Edition" was...

Maybe they'll release it before "Ice Age 2."
