Re: The Wizard?

In the alternate ending, Jimmy refuses to play Nintendo and demands a Sega Genesis!

Loved Cloak and Dagger, never liked The Wizard.

Re: The Wizard?

If only Luke Edwards could have a role in the upcoming King of Kong (non-documentary) movie.

Can you imagine

I may have to pick up that double disc, I wasn't aware of it until just now. I have fond memories of Cloak & Dagger and The Wizard is a cheesy guilty pleasure.

Re: The Wizard?

I didn't know they had a Cloak and Dagger/Wizard double feature either. I'll have to get it that's as great combo.

Re: The Wizard?

Walmart had this in an easter display last month for $5. Some fun movies on this set, only watched the Wizard so far. Cant wait to watch Cloak & Dagger use to watch that all the time when I was little.

I picked up my copy of the above-mentioned set from the dump bin at Walmart for $5. If anyone is looking for it, that's a good place to start. I also found two other Universal 10-movie collections in the dump bin:

WAR (The Eagle and the Hawk, The Last Outpost, Bengal Brigade, Jet Pilot, Ulzana's Raid, To Hell and Back, In Enemy Country, Raid on Rommel, Battle Hymn, and Wake Island)

CLASSIC WESTERNS (The Virginian, Texas Rangers Ride Again, The Spoilers, When the Daltons Rode, Albuquerque, Whispering Smith, Comanche Territory, Sierra, Kansas Raiders, and Tomahawk)

PQ on all three sets is quite nice; each set has three single-sided dual-layer discs, two with three movies each on them and one with four movies on it. There are zero extras of any kind.

Re: The Wizard?

Ugh, you can't fit four movies on one dual-layer disc without overcompressing.

Yuck, shovelware with an average bitrate of 2 mbps! No thanks, even for 'free'.
