Anyone in LA find this?

I went all around town and no one's got it. I'd hate to order it online. look like there's a backorder on many popular websites.

I just watched my copy tonight and loved every minute of it. Watching the film, I remember a lot of good games I used to play but haven't thought of in many, many years.

Ah, some good suggestions. I would add Labyrinth to the list.

I should probably pick up Short Circuit, seeing as how it was one of my favorite movies as a kid, along with some of the others. Thanks, guys.

just picked this up from Wal-Mart in north olmsted, Ohio. $9.88, not a bad price. The transfer seems really decent for SD-DVD and a movie from the 80's.

Forgot this came out and spotted it at Wal-mart yesterday. They only had 1 copy left. Watched it last night, loved every minute of it.

I was going to add Labyrinth, but for some reason I thought it was early 90s.

Got some friends together last night to check out the screener copy.
We definitely had fun, especially since most of us hadn't seen it since the theater!

Not like many fans haven't bought it by now, but I hope to have a review up later today.

The movie is just a really long Nintendo commercial. Damn that is Tobey Macguire.

I wonder if the opening shot was an homage to Lawrence of Arabia.

I got this in the mail today from blockbuster and came to post that quote as soon as I heard it.

I remember watching this in the theater when it came out, and getting a mini copy of Nintendo Power at the box office. Did Mario 3 come out before or after the movie? It always bothered me that Fred Savage knew about the warp whistle in the game even though the tournament was the first time the game was shown.
