"Alien vs. Predator" WS picture quality?

(Spoiler)

Was it me or did some scenes, in particular when Lex was in the pyramid by herself (towards the end when most are dead), slip in and out of being anamorphic? It seemd the quality was very, very fuzzy in the darker scenes when she is walking.

Anyone else notice this or was it just me?

I am glad smeone else raised this.

I did'nt notice the slipping in and out of anamorphic bit, but I id notice some dark scenes with an awful lot of grain for a new film.

I have the HK R3 version, but I think it's the same transfer as the rest of the world anyway.

No, I think everything was fine. I didn't notice any slippage out of anamorphic or graininess.

looked fine on my set...a bit of grain here and there, nothing that's not to be expected...

I have bot the R3 and the R1 discs and did'nt notice anything majorly wrong. I did think that when the preds went into "stealth" mode it was'nt as clean as I would have prefered. It had an almost out-of-focus twinge to it.
