"Out"-serts...
Sometimes releases come with a page on the back that has information as to what is on the disc(s). Does anyone else try to hang on to it, or do you just toss it with the rest of the wrapping?
Most of the time, I like the information that is on the back and will try to hang on to it to use to remind me what is on the release. But I haven't come up with a perfect way of keeping it. They usually come gummied on, and I try to keep it, but then after alot of use, it loses the stickiness. Then I move it to the inside of the case. Some discs I have kept it on for example:
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (SE)
The Simpsons box sets
The Godfather Collection
Memento (SE)
X-Files Season sets
Just wondering if I'm the only one that does this...

I'm a completist, I try to keep everything that was included (except the shrink wrap and security stickers ). That gum stuff usually comes off kinda easily. I keep everything, even any advertising inserts.

Ya I keep them, preferably on the DVD. But I used to keep the stickers that came on the front of Criterions, too.
Then I realized that life is just too damn short for that nonsense.

Im keep them inside the case, because if you keep them on the outside, they will eventually get really bad looking.
I also save the stickers that come on the outside of the plastic wrap...I only save the ones related to the DVD itself, not any of the "Low Price!" or "Buy 3 Get 1 Free!" stickers. If I can get it off the plastic with some glue left, Ill stick it to a clear place inside the case...otherwise Ill cut around the sticker and just lodge it under the insert tabs. Yes I really am an anal completist.

I keep them attached because I kep the shrink wrap on titles like that. I just slice around the are where you can slide the DVD case out and keep the shrinkwrap around the rest of it. Plus, a lot of times, that piece of paper has the UPC code on it and it's easier to sell/trade if you no longer want it.
There was another thread on keeping your shrinkwrap on your DVDs a few weeks ago.

The First few that came like this (like the first 3 Buffy seasons), I pulled it off, but I put it in the pocket that houses the booklet... lately I've just taped them back onto the box, and been carefull with them.

Fold them and put them in the case.
I tossed the The Good, The Bad & The Ugly one though. Bastard thing went and pulled on the outer paper. Eli Wallach's face is now printed on a big bulge.

Put me in the slightly annoyed at them, but keep them anyway camp. I usually just leave them on the case, and in the instances such as LOTR EE where they weren't even attached, they're essentially just draped over the back of them on the shelves.
