Yeah, I saw a couple at my BBV yesterday, I may go back today and see if they are still there. I'll check the EBAY auctions today too, see what kind of action we have.

Since AVP has sold about 1.25 million copies since Tuesday, I'd say this gift set will go up in value. There are plenty of Alien & Predator hardcore fans out there who will want this set. So buy em and wait a couple of months to put it up on Ebay or just sell it now. One is going for about $60 with a couple of hous left.

I think the sales will peak after the first week or so and then just come down. It's getting hype from wizard and other print ads, but I know of several blockbusters that still have all of them and then some in stock.

Congrats scott, you striked while the iron was hot. I salute you.

But I wouldn't say that you will make more than 30-40% what you paid for it in the coming weeks. Decent pocket change if you can afford it.

Just got back from the Blockbuster near where I work and they had about 6 of the sets still sitting on the shelf. I wasn't going to get it, but then couldn't help it.

thanks jack! nice to have your support for once.
i actually brought this to the counter and then asked if they had any of the DVD's for rent and the look on the girl's face was priceless. i sure did get lucky considering the prices are now on the down swing.

Just wonder how are the buyers hold out for Resident Evil 1 director's cut? :-D

You could wait forever, why not just buy it and enjoy it now if you like this movie.

I don't care what kind of "Special Edition" set this comes in. Samuel L. Jackson playing the flute on a cloud of white supremacy couldn't save this flick

Did we kill the 5 line sig rule?

Anyway, saw 4 of these sets at my local Blockbuster today. Grabbed one. Was real tempted to buy another to sell, but i'm not really into that sorta thing.

Don't worry it's bad jokes, plus I'm sorry for being more than five lines. It won't be up long.

Walked into Blockbuster today and saw this set on the back counter. I had no idea it was only $30. I'm a sucker for the little stuff like this and picked one up because I figure it will look good on the top of my DVD bookcases along with my Universal Monster set. I have no idea if I will actually watch the movie, this was one purchase I did make purely for the packaging.

Stopped into one of my local BBV today and saw 3 of these on the shelf, still priced at $29.99.
Are people still buying/selling these on ebay?
Are any of you guys still seeing this set around in your local BB?
