Where did you find this information? I would expect a link in the first thread, but did not see any!
Anyway,my guess of what 'may' be added too the unrated version(if true) are the murders Chucky and son commit.
If you notice durring Chuckys 'closet' speech, when the closet door opens,a pile of at least 4 people come falling out. Yet I don't recall knowing who these people are,or when Chucky(or 'son') killed them.
Of course maybe it will turn out to be just a few seconds here and there for the gore scenes that were in the film?
We'll see of course and comparing running times will be a somewhat good way of telling before hand.
The film was not the greatest and not nearly as awsome as Bride. I think the extreme low budget and shooting in Romania hampered it just abit(it sure didn't 'feel' like L.A.). But it had many amusing moments scattered throughout the film, and the gore was nice as well
I thought the ending was great as well.

I'm still waiting for Child's Play in Widescreen!
Still, I'll probably pick this up to go with the Chucky Collection Box Set. The series really has nothing to do with the early movies anymore anyway.

Wasn't my favorite of the series, but still a fun 89 minutes in the theater...I'll pick it up primarily for the Chucky/Tiffany commentary....and mmmm...Jennifer Tilly has an amazing pair of ......well, ya know
Question though: Why does Hollywood insist on including a rap star/crossover pseudo-actor into our favorite modern horror franchises? I thought Redman served no viable purpose (uh, besides his death) in this installment and that Busta Rhymes dude was kinda annoying in the last Halloween. Are they trying to appeal specifically toward a certain age/race demographic? That would make some sense, considering 18-30 year olds are more likely to see these films....but it seems a bit pretentious.

"This is to us for successfully putting together something collectively so ingenious as a team and a duo that we should definitely be able to secure a lot of food on the table for ourselves as long as everything goes as nicely as it's goin' right now."

I saw a news-bit saying The Director and Tilly are giving the commentary. No Chucky Commentary? On Dread Central::Presented by The Horror Channel it says that it is that comm, then a Featurette, and on unrated deleted scenes, and more.
