If you're still looking for "Sex and Lucia"... TLA Video has it.

As does DVD Pacific (unrated Palm version in stock, and quite a bit cheaper).

When I searched Best Buy online, and tried to do a store search, it came up as not available. I then went to the store in question and did find it in the special interest section. Therefore, I would advise to check your local Best Buy anyways. You may just have success. It should be $16.99.

The only difference between the two UPC's 03139882742 & 66020030542 other than price is just that it went from being a Trimark/Lion's Gate/Vidmark/Palm Pictures release to Palm Pictures only correct?

FYE.com seems to have this in stock also though more expensive.
Received mine from DDD. I ordered the cheaper Lion's Gate 03139882742 but received the Palm Pictures 66020030542.

Thanks again to everyone for pointing this movie out.

when you say special interest do you mean the adult/playboy area?

Thanks for the heads up on this dvd, just picked up the last copy at my local Best Buy tonight. Cam, the special interest section is right along with the rest of the dvds, I think it was beside the boxsets. It basically has foreign language dvds and political films.

And so it continues . . .

I ordered a few copies of the UPC:03139882742 version (the "right one") from DDD about a week ago. Within a day, the order status had it marked as discontinued, so I figured I had just missed my chance.

This morning, I got a shipping confirmation email.

<sigh> I'll let you all know how it turns out.

Update: Well, my copies arrived from DDD this morning . . . all of them UPC = 66020030542 (i.e., Unrated, Palm).

Strange considering that they have been so adamant about it being "Discontinued".

I saw a copy of Sex & Lucia (Palm) available for sale at the Best Buy in Pinole (East Bay). Check the special interests section. It was $16.99.

The Canadian version might still be in print but I am not too sure.
Thanks for the heads up. I got this Canadian version today.

I found a copy of this at a MG today, and I ended up getting it for a little over $5 (I did a b2g1). It was priced as $7.99 normally.

Brent, you live in my area. Which MovieGallery? Did they have anymore?

It was the MG in Toccoa, Ga. and no they didn't have anymore. I go to all of the local MGs all the time, so I'll keep my eye out for you. If I see one again, I'll pick it up for you if you want.

I've been finding a ton of used DVDs at all of the MGs in the area here lately, DVDs that I wouldn't ever expect to see there. Stuff like Sex & Lucia, Winged Migration: Special Edition (it's great, get it if you don't have it), Rabbit-Proof Fence, Skins, and various other DVDs that I don't usually see there. The great thing is that they are all insanely cheap, especially if you do the b2g1 or the b2g2 deal!

Picked it up at BB this weekend.

It may have just been there by accident.

One of those movies on the private wishlist (the one in the mind not on Amazon.com). Everyone (to be politically correct) with friends and families who check the public wishlists for gift ideas knows what I am talking about.

My dad borrowed this based on my recommendation, I told him it had some adult themes. He decided to watch it on the plane on his laptop during his business trip and he got a bunch of weird looks.

I always laughed when I past this unrated dvd and the Emanuelle in Amercia dvd at Best Buy. I think their management must have finally received complaints because I have not seen either dvd at my local BB in awhile. Paz Vega is hot, too bad her raunchy scenes in Sex & Lucia were performed instead by a porn actress.
